Architectural project for scientific research

We took on the challenge of designing at height, in a mountainous setting and under demanding weather conditions.

The future users and investors are from abroad, so we had to align with their customs, lifestyle and culture to meet their needs, while placing this architecture in the context of our own customs, climate and applicable regulations.

The brief was the integral design of 3 interrelated buildings in different locations in the province with different functions. In addition to design, we developed the full tender package for a private tender. Working in BIM, all technical documentation—written and graphic—came directly or indirectly from the BIM models: technical specifications; quantity and material take-offs; room schedule; tender drawings; renders and animations.

Results: Complete and accurate tender package. Integrated design aligned with future users’ needs and adapted to the local context.
