BIM modeling of architecture, structure and MEP

According to the client's requirements, the asset's stage and other factors, we evaluate objectives and define the "BIM uses" for the models to be developed, so we model only what is necessary for that specific project. Models are evolutionary: you can start with a basic Level of Development (LOD 100) and later add parametric and/or geometric information.

Our specialised team develops integrated BIM models covering all project disciplines. We produce detailed architectural modelling with full parametric data, including building elements, finishes and architectural details for precise, consistent documentation.

In structure, we develop models with integrated analysis and calculation, modelling structural elements with full technical data, connections and reinforcement, enabling early coordination with architecture and clash detection before construction.

For MEP we carry out full modelling of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and special systems with automatic clash detection. All systems are modelled parametrically to support automatic quantity takeoffs, maintenance planning and building lifecycle management.

We ensure coordination between disciplines from the earliest stages, optimising time and reducing on-site errors. Models are developed to international BIM standards and delivered ready for use in all project phases.
