We proposed BIM modeling at a moderate LOD (Level of Development) to deliver not only 3D images, photorealistic renders and animations, but also more accurate calculations and quantities; discipline coordination to avoid clashes and site issues; and a model that can evolve (with geometric and parametric data) for future client needs.
Results: High-quality renders delivered quickly; design options without redrawing and wasting time; a BIM model with potential for other uses.
