In this project we developed 2 BIM models: 1 for Architecture–Structure and 1 for MEP (plumbing, gas, electrical, low-current, HVAC). Project: Arq. Guido Burgos.
Our input was a set of DWG files per discipline; when we started modeling we found several inconsistencies, which were resolved in meetings with the project’s lead architect. We iterated until all inconsistencies and gaps were removed.
Result: A project free of errors, inconsistencies and clashes, ready to produce accurate documentation for construction.
